2. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site.   • Performance of a Contract: We use Order Information to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (processing payment, arranging for shipping, providing invoices/confirmations). Without this data, we cannot send you the product.

  • Legal Obligation: We must retain certain information (such as invoices and transaction records) to comply with applicable tax and accounting laws in Spain and the EU.

  • Legitimate Interest: We use Device Information to screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address) and to improve and optimize our Site.

  • Consent: If you have opted in, we may use your information to provide you with marketing communications (newsletters, offers). You can withdraw this consent at any time.

7. DATA RETENTION When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

  • Please note: We are legally required by Spanish Tax Law to keep fiscal records (invoices) for at least 4 years. After this period, if you have requested deletion, your data will be erased.

8. MINORS The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
