RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At DFVmobile, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (CHANGE OF MIND) In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your order and return the products for any reason within a period of 30 calendar days from the day you received the items.

To be eligible for a return due to withdrawal:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase (Order Number).

Please note: For returns based on a change of mind (withdrawal), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not accept returns sent "freight collect" or cash on delivery.

2. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS Please inspect your order upon reception. If you discover a defect, damage, or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Warranty Procedure: In case of a manufacturing defect or damage during transport:

  1. Contact us at dfvmobile@dfvmobile.com.

  2. Include your Order Number and a clear description of the problem.

  3. Attach photos showing the defect or damage clearly. This helps us distinguish between a manufacturing defect and accidental damage caused by usage.

If the defect is confirmed by our team, DFVmobile will cover the return shipping costs or provide a free replacement/full refund without the need to return the defective item, depending on the specific case.

3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN To start a return, you must follow these steps:

  1. Contact us: Email us at dfvmobile@dfvmobile.com with the subject line: "Return Request - Order # [Your Order Number]".

  2. Approval: Wait for our confirmation email with instructions.

  3. Packing: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Ensure the product is well-protected.

  4. Shipping: Send the package to our Returns Center at the following address:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. REFUNDS Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not based on the condition of the product (it must be unused and in original packaging).

  • If approved: You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Amount: The refund will cover the price paid for the products. Original shipping costs are refunded only if the return is due to our error or a product defect.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

5. EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Certain types of items cannot be returned, like:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

  • Items that show clear signs of user misuse, accidental damage, or wear and tear not attributable to a manufacturing defect.
