Return and Refund Policy:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How should I return an item?
To proceed with the return of an item with which you are not satisfied, the steps you must follow are the following:

Contact us by email info@dfvmobile.store with us, indicating in the subject "return order no. ###". It is very important that you include the number of your order in the email subject.
Prepare your package for return using a packaging that protects it in the shipment, with the item and in the same conditions in which it was sent, and without having been used.
Once received in our warehouse, we will check that the item is in the same conditions in which it was sent, that it has not been used, that it retains its original labels and complete original packaging, and we will proceed to refund the money in the same form in which the payment was made, or to the change of item if we so agreed.

Take it to a Post Office and ship it freight prepaid.
DFVmobile reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the requirements described above.

Can I make a return in store?
At the moment it is not possible.

What is the deadline to make a return?
The maximum period of time you have to send us the return email is 14 working days from the date of receipt of the order. After this period we will not be able to accept the return of your order.

Do I have to pay anything for my return?
No refunds will be accepted freight collect.

How and when will I receive the amount of my return?
Once the return is approved (when we verify that the returned items are in perfect condition and in the same conditions in which they were sent, that they have not been used, that they retain their original labels and their original packaging) you will receive the amount of the same way in which you made the payment. We will send you a confirmation email.
The amount paid will correspond to the PVP you paid for the returned items.
Transportation costs (both shipping and return) will be refunded only when DFVmobile is responsible for the cause of the return of the product (shipping the wrong product, product in poor condition, etc.).
Right of withdrawal
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
According to the Regulatory Regulations of Distance Sales, customers of the European Union have 7 working days, counting from the date of receipt of the order, to exercise the right of withdrawal on their order.
In such case, the money will be refunded and the order collected following the procedure indicated above.
