SHIPPING POLICY

At DFVmobile, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below you will find all the details regarding our shipping times, methods, and conditions.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times:

Spain: 2 to 5 business days.

Europe (France, Germany, Italy, etc.): 4 to 10 business days.

Rest of the World: 10 to 20 business days.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. In rural areas or locations far from urban centers, delivery might take slightly longer.
3. DELIVERY METHODS & TRACKING Depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout:

Standard / Economy Shipping: In many cases, for small items like phone cases, we use a service that allows delivery directly to your mailbox.

Express / Registered Shipping: Includes full tracking and may require a signature upon delivery.
4. DAMAGES AND ISSUES UPON RECEIPT It is crucial that you check the condition of the package upon delivery.

Visible Transport Damage: If the package arrives clearly damaged, crushed, or open, please verify the content immediately in front of the carrier if possible, or take photos of the packaging before opening it.

Reporting Period: You have 72 hours from the time of delivery to report any physical damage caused by transport or missing items. After this period, transport agencies do not accept claims for "damage during shipping," and we will consider the order delivered correctly.

Note: This 72-hour rule applies to transport damage. For manufacturing defects, our standard Warranty and Return Policy applies (30 days).
5. INCORRECT ADDRESSES It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. DFVmobile is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Orders within the EU: No customs duties (we ship from Spain).

International Orders (Non-EU): Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. DFVmobile is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
